Services are provided at ski resorts in the High Tatras, particularly in Tatranská Lomnica and Starý Smokovec. Given the nature of the service (a service provided in person on site), the booking does not involve delivery of goods by post or other courier services.

  • By phone at +421 911 561 561
  • Via the online form on the website

A booking is binding once it has been confirmed by the provider. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, public holidays, and during school holidays.

3. Cancellation and Complaint Conditions

3.1 Cancellation by the client before payment: The client may cancel the booking free of charge by contacting the provider by email at info@premiere-group.sk or by phone at +421 911 561 561.

3.2 Cancellation by the client after payment is governed by the following rules:

  • More than 72 hours before the start of the lesson – full refund (100%) to the original payment method.
  • 72 to 24 hours before the start of the lesson – 50% refund of the service price to the original payment method; the remaining 50% represents the cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson or no-show – no refund. The provider may, at its discretion, offer a voucher for a replacement lesson of the same value.

3.3 Cancellation by the provider: If the provider is forced to cancel an agreed lesson due to adverse weather (storm, blizzard, avalanche risk, resort closure), illness or injury of the instructor, or other circumstances on the provider's side, the client may choose between:

  • a full refund (100%) of the price paid to the original payment method, or
  • a free transfer of the booking to a replacement date agreed with the provider.

3.4 Complaint regarding quality of service (complaint procedure): The client has the right to file a complaint about the quality of the service provided within 14 days of its provision. The complaint must be submitted in writing by email to info@premiere-group.sk or by post to the registered address of the provider. The complaint must contain the client's identification, a description of the defect of the service provided, and the requested method of resolution. The provider will issue the client a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and will resolve it no later than within 30 days from the day of its delivery. For a justified complaint, the client is entitled to a reasonable discount on the service price or to free provision of a replacement lesson.

3.5 Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): The consumer has the right to contact the provider with a request for redress if they are not satisfied with the way the provider resolved their complaint, or if they believe that the provider has violated their rights. If the provider responds negatively to the request or does not respond within 30 days, the consumer has the right to file a motion to initiate alternative dispute resolution with an ADR entity under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The competent entity is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), or another authorized legal entity listed in the register of ADR entities maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The motion may also be filed via the online ADR platform. More information: soi.sk – Alternative consumer dispute resolution and the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  • For children under 18, the consent of a legal guardian is required
  • The provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the client is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
  • Wearing a helmet is mandatory for children under 15 and recommended for all participants

5. Liability and Risks

Skiing and snowboarding are sports with an inherent risk of injury. The client participates in lessons and uses the services at their own risk. The provider is responsible for the professional level of instruction and the condition of the rental equipment, but is not responsible for:

  • Injuries arising from failure to follow the instructor's instructions
  • Injuries arising from inappropriate behaviour on the slope
  • Damage to the client's personal property

7. Price List and Payment Terms

The current price list of services is available on the website and at the provider's branches. All prices are stated exclusively in euros (EUR) including VAT (if the provider is a VAT payer).

7.1 Payment methods. The provider accepts the following payment methods:

  • Online card payment (CardPay): Secure card payment via the Tatra banka, a.s. payment gateway – accepted cards are Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro, including Apple Pay and Google Pay mobile wallets.
  • Online bank transfer (TatraPay): Instant bank transfer via Tatra banka, a.s. internet banking.
  • Cash payment: possible at a personal meeting with the instructor or at the branch in Tatranská Lomnica or Starý Smokovec.

7.2 Payment processing and security. Online payments are processed by Tatra banka, a.s., registered office at Hodžovo námestie 3, 811 06 Bratislava 1, Company ID: 00 686 930. All payment transactions are protected by 3-D Secure technology (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check). The provider does not collect or store the client's payment card data – this data is entered directly on the bank's secure page.

7.3 Refund. In the event that the client is entitled to a refund (e.g. under the cancellation terms, a justified complaint, or cancellation by the provider), the provider will return the relevant amount exclusively in EUR and to the original payment method used by the client to pay (i.e. to the same payment card or bank account). The refund is usually credited within 5 to 14 business days from the day it is sent; the actual time of crediting depends on the bank issuing the client's payment card.

7.4 Discounts and pricing. We offer a 5% discount on 3 lessons and a 10% discount on 6 lessons. Hotel Atrium clients receive special prices. The provider reserves the right to change the price list; a price list change does not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for.

8. Delivery and Form of Service Provision

The ski school and rental services are provided in person on site at ski resorts in the High Tatras at the agreed time according to the booking. The provider does not send the client any physical goods via courier or postal services. Upon payment of the booking, the client receives a booking confirmation by email together with instructions regarding the place and time of meeting the instructor.

9. Personal Data Protection

Information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy document.

10. Final Provisions

These GTC are valid and effective from their publication on the provider's website. The provider reserves the right to change these GTC. Legal relations not regulated by these GTC are governed by the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
